Please note:

• This form does not guarantee your Reservation. Zoo staff will assign a Confirmation Number with the return of your Confirmation Packet.
• We understand that attendance numbers can change. Final numbers are due upon arrival for your visit.
  • Please have the final count and payment ready at time of check-in.
  • Payment for admission may be made the day of your visit by purchase order, cash, a check payable to the City of Santa Ana, or by Visa or Master Card.
  • Credit card transactions require the cardholder's name to be on the card and cardholder must be present to sign.
  • Zoo Membership and Passes may not be applied towards Self-Guided Visits and Education Programs.
• Price Quotes are available upon request, please indicate your request above. Invoices are issued by the City of Santa Ana, after a Price Quote is issued, if no other form of payment is submitted.
• The train, carousel, and ferris wheel rides are not included in Zoo Admission. Ride hours vary, see Rides and attractions for current hours and pricing.
