Are you keeping an eye on the River’s Edge Construction?
While there is not an opening date yet, construction is progressing, and the habitat is going vertical! This week a series of large, steel posts were lifted into place by a giant crane. Some of these posts have big rings on them…. for the future primate trails portion of the habitat!
When complete, River’s Edge will be home to a series of habitats featuring South American giant river otters and a variety of primates. Primates will be able to move through the trail system creating an immersive space for both guests and animals.
