Visiting rules
Before you visit, make sure to review our rules which keep animals and visitors safe.
Prohibited in the zoo
- feeding, chasing, yelling at, or teasing any animals
- smoking (including all electronic devices)
- throwing items like toys, footballs, baseballs
- leaving children unaccompanied by an adult
- playing loud music
- pets (including companion, comfort, and emotional support animals)
- glass containers
- alcohol
- balloons and other inflatables
- skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, tricycles
- drones
- weapons or toy weapons
Allowed in the zoo
- strollers and wagons
- food and beverages (no alcohol)
- ice chests
- re-entry with receipt until 4pm
- service animals (as defined by ADA)
